Visit product page →I created these cards when I was transitioning into single motherhood. Dinner time used to be my favorite family-connection time. But, as a single parent, it became too hard for me to do dinners in this new dynamic. It was filled with grief and big feelings. The physical demands of the witching hour and getting dinner ready simultaneously felt hard. It was easy for me to let my kiddos eat wherever, whenever, even in front of the tv 📺 (Which is something I vowed NEVER to do!) I was feeling disconnected from my family and myself. I knew I needed to do something to RECLAIM our connection but I wasn’t sure how.
I set out to find something that would help. And then I MADE it. I created this tool to be a PlayFULL ritual - that helped us reclaim our MAGIC and reconnect.
I LOVE my Table Talk Connection Cards. It has been, hands down, one of the most used and utilized tools in our Culture of Connection Toolbox. I LOVE the physical version - the look, the feel, the texture, and the finish. Buuuuut because I print them in small batches, they can be expensive. I was thinking about how beneficial these cards have been in our life and I wanted to make them:
a. Accessible to even MORE people - giving as many families as possible the opportunity to use this tool and reclaim their connection MAGIC too✨
b. Affordable (🤗they are only $19!!!)💗
c. Immediate - RIGHT NOW 🙌 You can sign up and start connecting TODAY!!
💬 90 questions. 90 beginnings of conversation and connection with your family.
💥 That’s 1 question a day for THREE MONTHS!
Without further adieu, I would like to give to you, the debut : Table Talk Connection Cards - digital !!!

Do Something Good For Your...
Brain - Heart - Body - Community
.... Everyday!
It's a short enough list, and visual, that even pre-schoolers can remember the 4 things they have to do first.
It's just one of our house rules, now. It's easy to remember and now, when they ask for screen time I can say "Did you do your four things?"
The best part is, when my children engage in PLAY, and get into the FLOW of what they are doing, they often lose interest in screen time anyway. If not, at least I can offer screen time knowing they have done some activities to fill their cups, minds, bodies, spirits, and community along the way.Is screen time a constant fight in your home? What is Gratitude?
- Gratitude is the ability to BE thankful and appreciative. Why is Gratitude important?- Gratitude is important because it brings us back to center...it brings us back to kindness. It allows us to BE in the presence of our life's many blessings: however simple or profound. Why do we need to PRACTICE Gratitude?- Have you ever had a bad day that seems to spiral worse and worse? The kind where you want to curl back into bed and hide? Sometimes it's not easy to see the positives around us ... And negative energy from others (or ourselves) has a way of trickling into our thoughts and affecting how we interact with the world (which can, in turn, attract more of that same negative energy). By taking a moment to pause, center into kindness, and shift our mindset to that of thankfulness we our training our brains to slow down and notice. We are becoming aware of our state of mind, our thoughts, and momentum in the world. It is that pause and reflection that is so important.By practicing Gratitude we are setting an intention of thankfulness. I believe thankful hearts are happy, smiley hearts. It's much easier to breathe when we are filling ourselves with that which we are grateful. Why TEACH our children Gratitude?- I try teach my children Gratitude because I think it is important to their self-care. Just as brushing your teeth is important to your oral hygiene; Just as eating a healthy, balanced meal is important to your physical body's growth and health; Just as exercise builds muscles and strengthens your physical body; Tuning into the joys and kindness in our world is essential to nurturing your Mind and Spirit. I believe the practice of Gratitude has a huge impact on how we all interact with each other and engage in our worlds. Though embracing gratitude comes more easily to some, it is a practice that becomes more easily accessible over time - with practice - acknowledgment - and pause. At first, the practice might seem daunting or over-thought, but eventually it will be second nature - a subconscious script or internal attitude that shines out towards loved ones, friends, nature, the things around us, and our world.HOW do you practice Gratitude with kids?- Practicing Gratitude with your kids and family can be a really connecting time. I love to hear how my own little ones find Gratitude in their own lives...Here are some ways to practice Gratitude with your little ones.- In the morning, pause to breathe deeply together and give thanks for a new day.- On a walk (even a routine walk to school or the grocery store) can turn into Gratitude practice by NOTICING the simple, natural treasures and beauty around you. Pause for a moment to store those mindful photos in your memory bank.- Write a note to your little one and tuck it in his or her lunch box or under his or her pillow. Write how grateful you are that they are part of your life; how much your happier and fuller your family is for having his or her presence in it; reminding them of a special time you shared together.- At dinner, pause and give thanks for the food you are sending into your body to nurture its cells and fuel your body and mind.- Take turns sharing one or two things you are thankful for each day during dinner, bathtime, or right before bed.- Create a Gratitude Journal where you store drawings, words, magazine cutouts, or pictures of the things you are grateful for. Make it a nightly or weekly ritual to pause and reflect in your journal together. Slowing down to find thankfulness is a practice that really helps build connection.- Send a Thank You note to someone every week. Pausing to remind yourself is a wonderful practice in gratitude and a positive way to spread that LovingKindness into the world.- Fill out a Gratitude Blurb Bubble sheet ( #MamaMayIMindfulKids FREE Printable). Fill out one blurb, a whole sheet, or a few, whatever moves you. These are Seasonal journal pages so you can collect them in a binder and reflect on your gratitude throughout the year.- Slow down for some pillow talk before bed and incorporate a thankfulness poem or gratitude-share right before sleep. I love to end our night reminding each other of all the things we are most grateful for in our lives. It makes me feel cozier somehow and feels like the perfect segue into peaceful, happy dreams!A Grateful Heart is a Happy Heart. -

Visit product page →Dinner used to be my favorite part of the day as a family. But spending dinner time as the only grown up made it super easy for me to cook whatever; order in whatever; and let my kids eat whenever. What used to be a time of family-gathering and conversation: sharing our gratitude and thoughts turned into an isolated time for me. I knew I had to bring back family dinners and I knew I needed a ritual to get me there. I created this deck: Connection, One Question at a Time. Connecting Beyond "How Was Your Day?". There are almost 50 cards. We keep them in a bag and draw one or two at dinner time. It's brought us back together. The kids love drawing a card. I love seeing my own artwork - flaws and all - on vibrant backgrounds. I love hearing them engage in questions and curiosities with one another.
The paper is about 18pt and super soft to the touch. Fronts and backs have questions so there are 90 questions in all.
I brought them out to a restaurant for dinner and it was beautiful to be able to bring this ritual with us even on a dinner date. I am SO EXCITED to share these with you! I can envision using them in a classroom for short breaks and open-ended discussion or as writing prompts.

I’m so excited to watch a project come to life. I actually had time to doodle, draw, design, and play this week and it culminated in this colorful and fun Weather Pack - with a weather wheel. Each of the little weather characters was hand drawn and created just for this project! The pack includes a few weather wheels so you can choose which one you like best; weather characters so you can hand these cuties on your morning check in space, coloring pages, and a thermometer chart. It has over 30 pages of weather fun! You could use this at home, in a classroom setting, in a child's room, playroom, or for your homeschool!
*This is a DIGITAL DOWNLOAD, not a physical product. You will get 30 pages you can print at home and turn into a Weather Station to help play and learn at home. After your purchase is made you will receive the pdf download.
